kebab with tomato

1 kg veal meat with some fat, minced.

12 tomatoes.

3 capsicums.

Salt and black pepper.


Arrange the tomatoes over skewers and roast them in an oven and then peel them. Dice them and arrange them into a wide baking dish; sprinkle salt over them.

In another dish add meat and black pepper ; blend them well. Then roll a small pieces from the meat into balls.

Then arrange this balls over skewers  and roast. When they are roasted place them over the roasted tomatoes in the baking dish.

Remove seeds from capsicums and chop it then place it over the meat balls, then serve.
