2 eggplants.

500 g meat, chopped.

1 onion, chopped.

10-12 mushrooms, chopped.

3-4 tomatoes.

2 green capsicums.

2 tablespoons vegetables oil.

Salt, black pepper, and thyme.

4 slices pizza cheese.

Corn oil.


Peel the eggplants (better if you semi peel them). Cut each one into two pieces and remove some of the pulp and fry them.

Fry onion over corn oil until slightly brown then place the meat over it . when the meat is brown add mushrooms and stir.

Add capsicums and tomatoes with stirring until soften. After that sprinkle salt, black pepper, and thyme and remove from flame. Fill the eggplants pieces with meat mixture then place a pizza slice and tomato slice over it.

Place the eggplants into an oven to melt the cheese, and then the dish is ready to serve.
