Ingredients:
2 cups fine bulgur.
2 cups boiled water.
3 tablespoon corn oil.
1 lemon juice.
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses.
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
2 tablespoon paprika sauce.
2 tomatoes.
2 cucumbers.
4 lettuce leaves.
3-4 stalks green onions.
1/2 bunch parsley.
Salt, pepper, and paprika.
Directions:
Blend tomato sauce with bulgur and paprika sauce well. Add the boiled water and cover. Leave for 15 minutes to let it cool.
combine corn oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, tomato paste, paprika sauce, salt, and pepper and blend them together well.
Peel the tomato and cucumber then dice them and add to the mixture which we’ve made before.
Chop green onion and parsley and add them to the mixture with paprika with blending. Place the salad over the serving dish and serve.
Note: you can add mint or basil or watercress to taste.
