2 steaks fillet.
200 g meat, minced.
4 bread loafs, diced.
Salt and black pepper.
2 cups tomatoes, grated.
2 tablespoon butter.
1 onion, sliced.
Blend minced meat with salt and pepper. Roll it and place it between the two steaks; cover them with nylon sheet and place it in a refrigerator for whole night.
Next day bring it from refrigerator before 45 min of using. Slice the steaks thinly by a sharp knife.
Fry the meat slices in a saucepan with stirring slowly until it is cooked well.
Heat tomatoes in a pan with salt and pepper and cook well.
Arrange bread pieces over a serving dish, place the meat slices on it, and then pour tomato sauce over it. put 5 tablespoons yogurt next to the meat.
Melt butter in a saucepan until boiling then pour it over the meat dish and serve.
