For the stuffing:
1 onion, finely chopped.
Salt and pepper.
Cumin and cinnamon.
Remove fat from the intestine after flipping it inversely ( make the outside surface be inside). Clear and drain it well and sprinkle salt over it ( repeat the process if necessary to clean it ).
Directions for stuffing:
In a large bowl add onion, rice, salt, pepper, cumin, and minced meat and blend them well then add some margarine.
Stuff the intestine with the meat and rice mixture tie it from both sides and prick it.
Parboil the stuffed intestine in salted water over medium heat with onion and lemon , when it is cooked raise from water and drain.
Melt margarine in a saucepan and fry the intestine over it until brown sprinkle with pepper. Adorn with parsley and serve.
