200 g meat, finely diced.
2-3 green capsicums.
3-4 garlic cloves.
2 tablespoons butter.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Grill the aubergines, capsicum, and tomatoes until soften.
Peel them and chop finely. After that place them in a pot and sprinkle salt, pepper, and crushed garlic over them and blend well.
Place the mixture over serving dish. Heat butter in a saucepan and fry the meat in it, then place the meat over the vegetables mixture and serve.
