Ingredients

  • • 1/2 a kg of hibiscus.
  • • 1/2 a kg of fine meat.
  • • Salt.
  • • Condiment.
  • • Garlic.
  • • Coriander.
  • • An onion.

Methods

Step 1

• Roast meat on heat then add salt, garlic and coriander then flip them and add condiment and keep flipping from time to time until they become cooked.

Step 2

• Serve hot and beside it the spiced rice, and you can add the lemon juice while eating or yoghurt with garlic as in spinach.
