1 cup water.
1/2 tablespoon cardamom.
1 1/2 glasses flour.
1 glass sugar.
Place sugar, cardamom, and water in soup plate and stir until dissolve sugar then set aside.
Heat oil and add flour over it with stirring with woody spoon until brownish.
Remove from heat and pour cardamom mixture over it and blend well.
Bring back to the heat with stirring until it clung together.
Place in a serving dish and serve.
