  • • 1kg of steak.
  • • 1/4 a cup of butter.
  • • 1/4 a cup of oil.
  • • Salt.


Step 1

• Crash steaks to make the thickness of each piece about 1cm.

Step 2

• Paint the staek pieces with oil on the two faces , and then grill them on coal's heat or in a dry pan on heat. Sprinkle salt on them then flip them and continue grilling them on the second face.

Step 3

• After putting them in the serving plate, put a little of fresh butter on them and beside them some of boiled vegetables.
