Ingredients

  • • 1 kilo meat.
  • • Minced parsley.
  • • Minced green coriander.
  • • 3 pieces of finely minced big onions.
  • • Salt.
  • • Various condiments.
  • • 3 garlic cloves.
  • • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Methods

Step 1

• Mix meat with the rest of the ingredients , and leave it in the fridge for an hour, and after that shape it like long fingers, then put skewers specified for grilling inside meat.

Step 2

• Heat coal and put kebab on it with considering not to flip until them eat becomes cooked from the side that is directly in touch with heat , then flip on the other side, and then when cooked raise the skewers from heat.

Step 3

• The meal is ready for serving.
