  • • A chicken.
  • • Black and white pepper.
  • • Lemon.
  • • Salt.


Step 1

• Cut the chicken into 4 parts, then put them in the pot , then cover the chicken well, then cut the onions into rings or circles, then add salt and white or black pepper, then squeeze lemon well on them, then leave them before grilling for 1 or 2 days in the fridge and cover them with aluminum foil.

Step 2

• At the day of grilling, put the parts in the skewer and grill them on coal.
