Ingredients
- • 1/2 a kg of grape leaves.
- • A minced onion.
- • 1/2 a cup of rice.
- • 1/2 a cup of lemon juice.
- • 2 tablespoons of minced mint.
- • 3 pieces of tomato.
- • A bunch of minced parsley.
- • 1 cup of boiled chick peas.
- • 1/2 a cup of olive oil.
- • Salt

Methods
Step 1
• Mix rice with chick peas, tomatoes, onion, parsley, juice, oil, salt and condiment.
Step 2
• Fill the grape leaves with the rice mix then put it in the cooking pot, and then pour about 3 cups of water.
Step 3
• Press using a heavy plate and put the pot on a strong heat until it boils, then reduce the heat until being cooked.
