Gram with meat (Hommos with meat)

- • A cup of dry gram.
- • ¼ cup of tahini.
- • A tablespoon of sour lemon juice.
- • A one piece of smooth hammered garlic.
- • A salt sprinkle, water to dilute gram.
- • 200g of chopped meat
- • ½ a teaspoon of salt.
- • ¼ a teaspoon of pepper.
- • A pepper sprinkle , two tablespoons of pine
- • 2 tablespoons of ghee and olive oil or butter.
• Soak the gram for all the night in the water with half a teaspoon of sodium becarbonate.
• In the next day, wash gram and put it in a plate , add water to it in a way that the water submerges, with a teaspoon of salt and boil it on the heat until it becomes well cooked and you can remove its peel.
• Keep a little of boiling water in a manual or electrical mixer to become smooth, then add tahini and sour lemon juice if needed and water with tahini to make the basis of gram with tahini like yoghurt.
• Heat the ghee and fry the pine with it until its color becomes golden , then remove it from the pan with a cracked spoon.
• Fry the minced meat with the same oil , then add salt and spices and complete the frying until it becomes cooked and the color changes, then mix it with pine and put it on gram.
• The gram with meat is served as one of appetizers.
