Ingredients

  • • 2 cups of dried gram.
  • • 2 cups of water.
  • • ½ a teaspoon of sodium carbonate.
  • • 4 hammered garlic pieces.
  • • ½ a cup of lemon juice
  • • ½ a cup of tahini.
  • • Salt to taste.
  • • Olive oil for decoration
  • • Cumin for decoration

Methods

Step 1

• Soak gram for one night with sodium carbonate then boil it on a strong heat for an hour and a half until it becomes mushy.

Step 2

• Filter gram from water and grind it in the mixer then move it to a concave plate.

Step 3

• Add garlic, lemon juice and tahini and shake the mix well.

Step 4

• Decorate it with olive oil, the gram beads and grounded cumin then serve it.
