- • 1 kg of chopped into big cubes thigh meat.
- • 1 cup of frike.
- • 1 cup of coarse grit.
- • 2 tablespoons of ghee and butter.
- • Salt
- black pepper.
- • 5-6 pieces of condiment.
- • A stick of cinnamon.
- • A laurel leaf
- 4 cups of meat soup
- • A medium sized minced onion.
- • A few cardamom pieces.
• Fry meat pieces in ghee. Add salt, pepper, cardamom pieces, condiment, cinnamon, laurel leaf and minced onion.
• After that, add an enough amount of hot water and cook the mix from 30-35 minutes in a pressure cooker until the meat become mature.
• Wash grit, filter frike, and then soak both of them in cool water for 2 hours.
• Get rid of soaking water, filter grit and frike well with water.
• Pour 6 cups of meat soup in the pressure cooker, add frike and grit to it , and then leave the cooker on heat for 30 minutes.
• Raise the cover of the pot and pour frike with grit in the serving plate.
• Decorate with meat, and serve the meal beside yoghurt or vegetables salad.
