Methods

Step 1

• Pell potatoes and cut then longitudinally.

Step 2

• Put in a pot an amount of water and salt, then heat them a little then turn the heat off.

Step 3

• Then, put peeled and chopped potatoes into the hot water for 4 minutes.

Step 4

• After that, raise and filter them, then fry them in a hot oil until it takes a golden color.
