Ingredients:

750 g meat.

800 g Jew ‘ s mallow (molokhia).

4 garlic cloves.

Salt.

Black pepper.

4 cups water.

Corn oil.

Directions:

Clean molokhaih and fry its leaves in the oil over high heat. Parboil the meat, drain the broth and add molokhaih, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer well ; when it is cooked well, serve.
