500 g veal’s liver, diced.

4 crusty onions, chopped.

4 green capsicums, diced.

4 tomatoes, diced.

1 stalk green onion, chopped.

1/2 small cup corn oil.

Salt and black pepper.



Heat oil in a pot. Add onion with stirring then add  capsicums, liver, tomatoes, and green onion with stirring until all ingredients are cooked well.

Add black pepper and salt, serve hot.
