1 KG lamb liver.

3 onions, grated.

1 parsley stalk.

150 g margarine.

Red pepped.

Salt and black pepper.


Clean the liver well and drain it then dice it and sprinkle salt over it. Heat a saucepan and place the olive pieces over it and stir until soften. Then add margarine and onion and stir until they are cooked well. Add parsley and spices with stirring. Serve hot.
