Ingredients:

One big fish.

1 potato “medium size”.

1 cup mushroom, parboil.

2 stalks celery, finely chopped.

One onion.

1 packet cream.

2 tablespoon butter.

Salt and pepper.

1 tablespoon flour.

3 garlic cloves.

5 cups water.

Directions:

Clean the fish and parboil it without chopping over a pot by 5 cups of water. After fish is cooked remove the skin and chop it into small pieces and put aside.

Dice potato and mushroom to small pieces and place them over the parboiling water. Add onion without chopping and cook until vegetables are tendered.

Heat butter over saucepan, add flour and garlic to it and stir until brown. Let the sauce to cool and when it cool pour some of fish water over the sauce. Add the sauce to the soup. Add celery, cream, salt, and pepper and boil the soup, serve it hot.
