1 piece fish fillet.

5 tomatoes.

2 green capsicums.

200 g mushroom, parboiled.

4 garlic cloves, sliced.

1 onion.

1 tablespoon corn oil.

1 tablespoon butter.

2 tablespoons cheese, grated.


Chop the fish and remove fishbone. Chop tomatoes, capsicum, and mushroom and place them in a pot.

Add garlic, salt, and oil; blend them well.

 Arrange the fish fillet over the vegetables and sprinkle the grated cheese over it.

Add butter and then bake in a oven until the cheese color be slightly brown. Serve hot.
