Ingredients

  • • 1kg of fillet fish.
  • • 1/2 a kg of tomatoes.
  • • A bunch of green coriander.
  • • Condiments.
  • • Salt.
  • • 4 pieces of onion.

Methods

Step 1

• Compact fish in a tray then put tomatoes, onion and coriander in the mixer with salt and condiments.

Step 2

• Pour the mentioned mix on fish with adding twos spoons of oil, then put the tray in oven until fish become mature.
