1 small cup brown lentils.

1 small cup fine Bulgar.

1 small cup rice.

1 tablespoon Vermicelli.

9 cups water or meat broth.

1 onion, chopped.

Tomato paste.

2 tablespoons butter.

1 tablespoon capsicum sauce.

1 teaspoon paprika.

1 tablespoon vegetables oil.

2 teaspoon mint.

Salt and black pepper to taste.


Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onion over it until slightly brown. Add tomato paste with some water to the onion.

Add capsicum sauce and stir, and then add 6 cups of water or meat broth and heat over medium heat until boil.

When it boils add bulgur (after cleaning and rinsing), lentils, rice, Vercelli, salt, and black pepper. Cook until tender then remove pot from flame.

Pour the soup over serving dishes. Brown some paprika in the oil and add it to the soup.

Adorn with mint and serve.
