Ingredients

  • • 450g of minced meat.
  • • 1 kg Eggplants.
  • • 6 tomatoes.
  • • Onion.
  • • Salt.
  • • Condiment or black pepper.
  • • Oil for frying.

Methods

Step 1

• Cut eggplants and fry them. • Cut onions into wings and fry them. • Cut tomatoes into wings.

Step 2

• Sprinkle salt and black pepper on meat and mix them well.

Step 3

• Put onions in the bottom of the oven's tray in a beautiful way.

Step 4

• Put the ingredients in a hot oven.

Step 5

• You can decorate using green pepper or a sprinkle of parsley after getting the tray out of oven.
