Ingredients

  • • 4 eggs
  • • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • • 1 teaspoon of oive oil
  • • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • • ¼ a green pepper
  • • ¼ a red pepper
  • • ½ a tomato
  • • ½ an onion
  • • 2 teaspoons of parsley

Methods

Step 1

• Whip egg with salt and pepper well

Step 2

• Preheat the olive oil at a medium temperature.

Step 3

• Pour the egg mix in the olive oil with continuous flipping for 15 seconds.

Step 4

• Add vegetables after cutting them.

Step 5

• When egg becomes approximately cooked put the parsley.

Step 6

• Put the whipped egg in the serving plate and serve it hot.
