Ingredients

  • • 4 eggs
  • a tomato
  • parsley
  • tomato sauce
  • garlic
  • grinded pepper
  • salt
  • condiments
  • flour
  • grated cheese for decoration.

Methods

Step 1

• Break 4 eggs in a dish then add salt, condiments, grinded hot pepper, a tablespoon of tomato paste, minced parsley, garlic and the cut tomato into small cubes then add flour gradually until the mix becomes solid, after that heat the oven and prepare the griddle and paint it with a little of oil and pour the mix in it and put it in the oven until it becomes cooked.

Step 2

• Before fermentation, sprinkle the grated cheese on the face then put it inside the oven to brown it.
