1 cup white beans.

5 cups water.

1/2 tablespoon dill.

1/4 red capsicum, chopped.

1 tablespoon white vinegar.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

Salt and pepper.


Heat beans with 3 cups of water over medium heat until it starts to boil then remove from heat and set aside and after 30 minutes drain beans from water.

Season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil (it should be hot while seasoning) then let it cool.

Add capsicum and dill with stirring. It is preferred that you keep it in a refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
