20 dates.

1 small cup walnuts.

1 small cup raisins, minced.

1 small cup dried apricots, minced.

1 tablespoon sesame oil (tahina).

1 tablespoon molasses.

1/2 teaspoon ginger.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

1 cup coconut, chopped.


Combine tahina, ginger, molasses, walnuts, apricots, and raisins together. Remove seeds from date  grains by cutting them lengthwise and stuff them with the mixture which you make before. Dunk dates into the coconut and serve after arrange dates over the serving dish.
