1 packet Couscous.
1 can corn.
2 red capsicums, parboiled.
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped.
1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped.
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped.
Cornichon pickles, sliced.
Olive oil.
Parboil Couscous and drain. Parboil capsicum then finely chop it and place it over the Couscous
. Add green onions, dill, and parsley.
Add corn and Cornichon pickles. Add salt, olive oil, and lemon then serve.
Note: you can use roasted red capsicum instead of parboiled to taste.
