2 water glasses corn flour (roaster in an oven).

1 water glass nuts, chopped.

125 g butter.

For sugar syrup:

2 glasses of water.

1 glass sugar.


To prepare sugar syrup: boil water and sugar together and cool. Add corn flour in a saucepan over medium heat with stirring by woody spoon for 10 minutes.

Melt butter and pour it over the corn flour and stir for extra 10 minutes. add half of the nuts over the corn flour. After that pour sugar syrup slowly with stirring continually.

When the sweet is ready pour it in a soup plates reverse it in serving dish adorn with nuts and serve cold.
