Ingredients:

1 cup wheat.

400 g yoghurt.

6 cups meat broth.

Dried mint.

1 teaspoon paprika.

7 tablespoons vegetable oil.

1/5 tablespoon salt.

1-2 ice cubes.

Directions:

Rinse the wheat and drain then put it in a pot. Pour cold water over the wheat until it is covered by water and soak it for a whole night. Put the wheat over a pan and pour 6 cups meat broth or water. Heat it and let it to boil until wheat tender.

After wheat is cooked add salt to it and let it to cool. When the wheat is cold add yoghurt and stir well, then add 5 cups of cool water.

Heat oil over saucepan and add paprika to it and stir until brown then add it to the soup with 1-2 cubes of ice. Pour the soup over the serving dishes, adorn with mint and serve.
