1 cup water.

1/2 cube vegetable broth.

Chinese noodle rice.

1 cup spinach, chopped.

Toast bread.


Heat water in a pot until boil, add 1/2 cube of vegetable broth and let it melt over water. Cut the noodle into two pieces and place it over the pot. Add spinach and wait a few minutes until noodle is cooked. Cut the bread to small pieces and then pour the soup in the serving dishes and adorn with toast bread.
