Chicken with Omelette

3 small cups flour.
2 small glasses milk.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped.
500 g chicken, diced.
2 tablespoons butter.
1 tablespoon tomato paste.
1 tomato, chopped.
Red pepper, chopped.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 onion, chopped.
Blend eggs, flour, milk, and salt by electronic blender then add chopped parsley to it.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat then pour the eggs mixture over it and fry then invert the mixture and fry the next side. (make six pieces of Omelet)
Heat oil over medium heat and fry onion over it. add chicken pieces with stirring. Add red pepper, tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
Add one cup of hot water and cook for 15 minutes ( the chicken should absorb most of water with oil).
Stuff the chicken with omelet and roll it then cut it into two pieces and arrange it in a baking dish.
Bake over a preheated oven for 10 minutes. place over a serving dish and serve.
