Parboiled chicken, chopped.

1 onion, finely chopped.

1 mushroom can, sliced.

8 cups water.

4 tablespoons flour.

4 tablespoon milk powder.

Carrots, grated.

Vermicelli 1 cup

Black pepper and salt.

parsley for decoration


Pour the chicken broth which is drained after we parboiled chicken in a large pot. Add flour and milk powder to it.

Brown onion in a saucepan then add mushroom, chicken, garlic, and carrots and stir. Add the mixture to the soup and stir well then boil for 2 minutes.

Brown Vermicelli and place it over the soup. Season with salt and pepper and boil 2 minutes before serve.

add parsley for decoration
