Ingredients:
1/2 chicken.
Salt and spices (cumin or any spices not grounded).
1 onion, chopped.
3 garlic, crushed.
4 cups corn oil.
4 tablespoons flour.
4 tablespoons milk powder.
Mushroom, sliced.
Corn to taste.
Parsley, chopped.
Directions:
Heat oil in a saucepan and Brown onion and garlic. Add chicken, spices, and salt. Pour water and cook. After chicken is cooked raise it from water and chop it into small pieces and put it back to the pot.
Add mushroom and corn. Blend milk powder and flour with some water by eggs blender then place it over the pot with continual stirring over high heat until boil. Reduce heat and simmer the soup for 10 minutes. Pour soup over serving dish and adorn with parsley and pepper.
