chicken lemon soup

2 tablespoons flour.

2 tablespoons butter.

1 L chicken broth.

1/2 chicken breast.

2 lemons.

2 eggs.

Salt, black pepper, and paprika.



In a large pot pour 4 cups water and parboil the chicken in it. Drain it then cut it into small pieces by fingers. Heat the oil over saucepan, add flour to it and stir until it becomes floral. Add chicken broth to it and boil then add chicken. Blend eggs’ yolk with lemon juice well, then add the blended eggs part after part to the pot.

Crush garlic and add it to the pot with salt to taste. When the soup is cooked well pour it over serving dishes then sprinkle paprika on it and serve.
