Chicken breast, parboiled and chopped.
1 chicken thigh, parboiled and chopped.
1/2 kg chestnuts, roasted and peeled.
1 carrot, diced in big cubes.
1 tablespoon nuts.
3 tablespoons raisins.
4 tablespoons butter.
2 water glasses rice.
4 water glasses chicken broth.
Salt and black pepper.
Arrange the chicken pieces over a pot then place the chestnuts and raisins over it. heat oil in a saucepan and place nuts and carrots over it with stirring then add them to the chicken, then sprinkle black pepper over them.
Soak rice in a boiling water for 15 minutes then rinse, drain, and place it over the chicken.
Pour chicken broth over the chicken pot.
Without blending the ingredients cook over medium heat for few minutes, then reduce heat and simmer.
Melt butter in a saucepan then pour it over the rice.
After that place the rice in a serving dish and serve hot.
