Cherry gelatin

500 g cherries.

2 cups water.

2 cups sugar.

5 tablespoons corn flour.


Clean cherries and remove its seeds. Blend it and pour water over it. dissolve corn flour with water and pour it  over the cherries. Stir well and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Pour the jelly in serving dishes. Adorn with cherries and serve cold.
