Ingredients

  • • 1/2 a kg of ottoman filaments.
  • • 1 cup of ghee or sweet butter.
  • The stuff: • 1 cup of finely minced walnut.
  • • 1 cup of finely minced and peeled almond.
  • • 1/2 a cup of sugar.
  • • 1/4 a cup of blossom water.
  • The syrup: • 3 cups of sugar.
  • • 1 cup of water.
  • • 1 teaspoon of sour lemon juice.
  • • 1/4 a cup of blossom water.
  • Chocolate Sauce • 1 cup of natural chocolate.
  • • 1 cup of butter.
  • • 3 tablespoons of black honey.

Methods

Step 1

• Paint the mold with a thin layer of butter.

Step 2

• Melt what remains from the butter and add crashed biscuit and mix them well.

Step 3

• Compact what you got in the bottom of the mold and cool it until it becomes solid.

Step 4

• Shake the fatty cheese with sugar and melted chocolate and egg yolk and cinnamon spirit.

Step 5

• Put hot water in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin on it until the gelatin melts by the steam, then mix it with the cheese mix with flipping.

Step 6

• Shake the egg whites and pour it on the mix.

Step 7

• Pour the mix on the biscuit and cool it.

Step 8

• Get the cake out from the mold.

Step 9

• Shake the cream until it becomes solid or squeeze it around the surface of the cheese cake using a specific funnel for this action.
