1 medium cauliflower.

3 cups yogurt.

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped.

3 tablespoons mayonnaise.

3 garlic cloves, crushed.

2 teaspoons salt.

5-6 parsley stalks.

5-6 tomatoes.

For tomatoes sauce:

2 tablespoons butter.

1 tablespoon tomato paste.


Without cutting add the cauliflower in a pot and dunk it with water; parboil for 15 minutes and drain. Blend yogurt well add garlic, walnuts, mayonnaise, and salt and blend again with yogurt.

Drain the cauliflower and chop it into big pieces and place it over serving dish. Pour the yogurt mixture over it.

Adorn with tomatoes paste and parsley and serve.
