Ingredients

  • • 1 cauliflower
  • • 1 tablespoon of parsley.
  • • 1 tablespoon of minced onion.
  • • 3/4 a coffee cup of flour.
  • • 2 eggs.
  • • Water
  • condiment
  • salt
  • oil

Methods

Step 1

• Clean the cauliflower well and boil it on a medium heat for 4 minutes, wait for it until it cools, then shake the egg after adding parsley, onion, salt and pepper to it, then mix the flour with water but take into account moving it constantly until the mix becomes a semi-liquid paste, when it becomes like this , add the shaken egg.

Step 2

• Immerse the cauliflower piece by piece in this semi-liquid paste and fry the cauliflower in oil on a high heat.
