1 medium cauliflower.
1 bunch green onion, chopped.
3 garlic cloves, crushed.
100 g white cheese, grated.
1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped.
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped.
1 teaspoon vinegar.
3 tablespoons flour.
Salt and pepper.
Parboil cauliflower with water and vinegar, when it cools chop it.
In a deep bowl add cheese, garlic, egg, flour, salt, and pepper; blend them well, then add cauliflower, dill, and parsley and blend well again.
divide the omelet into small pieces ( 1 tablespoon for every piece).
Heat oil over a saucepan and fry all the omelet pieces.
Place the omelet pieces over the serving dish and serve hot.
