Ingredients:

1 kg lamb shoulder’s meat without bones, diced.

2 glasses rice.

1/2 glass nuts.

1/3 glass  raisins.

6 tablespoons butter.

3 glasses meat broth.

1 crusty onion.

1 lamb liver, diced.

Salt and black pepper.

Water, dill, cinnamon, spices, and Mexican pepper.

Directions:

Parboil the meat with water; remove the fat from water’s surface if it appeared. After the meat is cooked well bring it  over a baking dish then bake in an oven and roast it from two sides.

Meanwhile, soak rice in a lukewarm water then rinse and drain.

Melt butter in a pot then add nuts and olive with stirring. Add raisins, meat broth, and spices and heat until boil then place rice over it. cover the pot and heat for a few minutes.

Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. place meat in a serving dish and the rice around it. adorn with dill and serve.
