Ingredients

  • • 1/2kg of peeled and minced broad beans.
  • • 350 g of minced meat.
  • • Salt
  • pepper
  • • 1/2 kg yellow carrot
  • • Water for cooking
  • • Three onions
  • tomato paste

Methods

Step 1

• Soaking the beans for 6 hours ,then filter it.

Step 2

• Boil the beans until be matured.

Step 3

• Boil meat and add salt and pepper.

Step 4

• Roast the chopped onions.

Step 5

• Add carrot pieces to onions and shake.

Step 6

• Add the meat and a little of meat gravity to onions and carrots.

Step 7

• Add the matured beans and tomato paste and leave it for one hour.
