Ingredients

  • • 3 onion pieces
  • an onion
  • salt
  • cumin
  • cabbage leaves and peas.

Methods

Step 1

• Peel carrot and mince the cabbage , then add peas and cover it with water and salt and boil it and then filter it from water.

Step 2

• Spice it with cumin and distribute the minced onion, you can dispense it and you can also add mayonnaise and serve it beside the meat slices, fish, dried kebbeh without soap.

Step 3

Note: You can cut various vegetables without boiling them like lettuce, cabbage, carrot and tomatoes. You can wet them with salt and some lemon juice and then put them around the plate beside all the previous kinds of food.
