  • • 1 cup of beans.
  • • 1 dry onion.
  • • 2 garlic cloves.
  • • ½ a bunch of coriander.
  • • ½ a cup of olive oil.
  • • 1 cup of tomato juice.
  • • Salt
  • condiment


Step 1

• Soak beans for 12 hours, then wash and boil them on heat, and when they become well cooked, pour them in a strainer and wash them in cold water.

Step 2

• Mince onion finely and fry it with oil, and when its color becomes yellow , add pounded coriander with garlic.

Step 3

• Add also beans with what needed from salt and condiment.

Step 4

• Flip them few times then add tomato paste and some of hot water on them.

Step 5

• Cook them on a back burner until they become mature, then pour and serve them cold.

Step 6

• A second way of preparation: • After boiling beans to the degree of full maturity, spice them with lemon, oil and pounded garlic, then serve them cold and on its surface some of finely minced parsley.
