1 can dried beans.

1 can Mexican beans.

1 yellow capsicum ( for muhshi) , finely chopped.

1 red capsicum ( for muhshi) , finely chopped.

3 stalks green onions.

Few parsley

For sauce:

1 tablespoon vinegar.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

1 lemon juice.



Rinse beans and drain from water. Place it in a bowl with capsicums and blend.

Mix the sauce ingredients together then pour them over the beans and capsicums. Add onion and serve

Note: for delicious taste prepare this salad before two hours to serve.
