Basturma with Dried beans

1/2 kg crusty beans, parboiled.
7-8 pastrami slices.
1 onion, finely chopped.
2 green peppers.
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 tablespoon butter.
Salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onion with stirring until its color be yellow. Add tomato paste, and green peppers with stirring.
Cut the pastrami slices and place it in the pot with stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Add beans with 1.5 glasses of hot water. Add salt, pepper, red pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat then serve.
Note: use sausage instead of pastrami to taste.
