Palamut fish. 1

1 1/2 cups olive oil.

1 cup walnuts.

1/2 cup water.

1/2 cup vinegar.


3-4 eggs.

4 garlic cloves.


rinse Palamut and slice it in rings. Sprinkle salt over the slices and Dip it into the flour and then fry it into the olive oil. Raise the fish from the oil and place it over drying papers to reduce the oil then place it in the serving dish.

To prepare sauce:

 Moisten bread by lukewarm water then squeeze. Add garlic, walnuts,  and bread then blend them by a blender. Add vinegar and water until we get a thick consistence like a yogurt.

Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
