1 1/2 small cup butter.

5 1/4 small cups water.

5 1/2 small cups flour.

6 eggs.

Corn and salt.

For sugar syrup:

3 water glasses water.

4 water glasses sugar.

1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Vegetables oil.


Prepare the sugar syrup and set aside to cool. In a pot melt butter over medium heat then pour water and boil. Add flour with stirring continually for 5 minutes then place the dough in baking dish and set aside to cool.

When the dough is cooled add eggs one after one and dough well.

Then take small pieces from the dough ( walnut size) and roll it in the shape of fingers (to prevent sticking in our hands grease it with oil).

Place the dough rolls over oil and heat it until slightly brown.

Then put the rolls in a dish and when it is cooled dunk them into sugar syrup for 4-5 minutes.

Then place the rolls over serving dish and adorn to taste.

Note : the frying oil must be cool when start frying.
